First Day Back

While after taking three weeks off, I feel refreshed and ready to get back into it. Not that I’m going to rush into things, I just want to enjoy some easy running and build a bit of a base before I think of doing any hard training. This morning I went for an easy 30 minute run and that’ll be my day. I have to enjoy this time, because in a month or so I’ll be right back into it invested in a goal. I just think it’s important to enjoy the early parts of training. Just take it all in and not worry about splits and workouts and times you want to run. In the coming monthes there will be time to dwell on such things, but for now I want to just enjoy some easy running!
